Electrical

Electrical copper wiring of repute make to be concealed in PVC conduits will be made. The switches will be of concealed plate type of quality. Electrical points for Fan , lighting, plugs etc wherever required.  TV and telephones points in the living room  and AC points in one of the bedrooms shall be  provided.  Points for Refrigerator, Washing machine , Aqua guard and Cooking range shall be provided in the kitchen utility . Geyser points will be provided in all toilets.

Structure

The structure is supported on pile foundation upto hardrock and the framed structure is of RCC columns, beams and slabs.

Doors

All the doors are to be framed in country wood with ply shutters.

Generator

The generator to facilitate lights, pumps, lift in one bedroom , living and common areas. One fan and one light point  in two bedrooms and living . One light point in kitchen and dining.

Parking 

Covered car parking at an extra cost will be provided. Open parking will be available.

Walls and Ceilings

All walls are set in good quality hollow block brick  plastered with cement mortar. The wall finish is plastic emulsion and ceiling is cement painted.

Windows

The windows are to be Aluminum framed with glazed shutters and MS grills for security.

Water supply

The water will be provided from Kerala Water Authority and  through a sump and supplement through open bore well.

Cable TV

Cable TV to cater to all apartments.

Lifts

Two elevators of repute make with feather touch control to be instilled from ground floor onwards. One of the lifts will be ale to accommodate a stretcher also.

Toilets

Toilets are to be floored with ceramic tiles and walls upto 7’0” with glazed tiles . Washbasins with good quality sanitary ware fitted with chromium plated Jaguar fixtures.

Kitchen

Granite countertop with glazed tile dado up to 2’0” from the countertop.

Recreation Health Center

A separate recreation area will be provided at 11th floor and health club will be also provided in one of the floors. 

Floors
The common lobby and staircase in ground floor to be floored in granite/marble and ceramic tiles will be used for rest of the areas. The master bedroom will be provided with parquet timber flooring.
